Stylish new home, year of construction 2017. In authentic haystack hexagon shape. Total living area is 64 m². The house stands at the back of the plot with beautiful views over meadows. The experience in the living room is very spacious due to the loft. No expense has been spared on materials and styling.
The kitchen is fully equipped. With a combi oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and induction hob. The bedroom is adjacent to the living room and the bathroom with toilet. The entire ground floor is heated with underfloor heating.
Upstairs is the second bedroom with an adjacent room with washing machine, toilet and sink.
The terrace is partly indoors with lighting. Because the thatched roof also crosses one metre, there is a two-metre covered terrace. Outside is a larger terrace with lounge sofas.
One car can be parked next door. A second vehicle in the car park at the front of the yard.
Our smoke- and pet-free holiday accommodation is equipped with underfloor heating, radio, TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven and dishwasher. A cot and highchair are available. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and patio doors with screen doors.
There is also a boat with electric motor for hire for €20 a day. And 2 canoes and four bikes are available free of charge. Sports or electric bikes and sloops can be rented in the area. A trampoline, go-kart, slide and various toys are available for the children.
“Aan de Kwakel” has its own jetty and is accessible by sloop from Delft and the Maasland canals. If desired, we serve a breakfast package with local produce in the apartment. This includes fresh bread, homemade jam, a free-range egg from our chickens and fresh dairy produce from the farmer. If you take care of your own breakfast, you can also cook a fresh free-range egg from the henhouse through a sliding door behind the laying nests. There is no rooster present so you will not be woken early.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.
Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die ländliche Umgebung. Wenn man zur Wohnung kommt wird man direkt von den neugierigen Hühnern begrüßt.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht übrigens auch sehr gut deutsch.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden ganz bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.
Such a treat to stay in such a peaceful, relaxing and beautiful spot. It was the perfect place to relax after taking a tour through Europe. Loved the countryside. Clean and comfortable. Hope to come back for an even longer stay.
Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen und wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag die richtige Adresse. Delft, Den Haag sind in naher Umgebung und mit dem Fahrad gut zu erreichen. Morgens beim Frühstück auf der Terasse bekommt man Besuch von den Hühner , und frische Eier kann man aus dem Stall holen, nett.
