Accommodations

The four-bed cottage the ´Hooiberg´ was recently built (2017). This stylish hexagon-shaped house is also modern and very spacious with a large loft. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a washing/drying room with a second toilet and washbasin. A partly covered terrace with beautiful views over meadows.

This rustic spot is located along a cul-de-sac and on the waterfront of Nature Reserve “De Vlietlanden” ( shown on the film below). The location is ideal, in the middle of the polders between the villages of Maasland and Schipluiden. 9 km from Delft. And 19 km from the centres of The Hague and Rotterdam . At 16 km. from the beach of Hoek van Holland.

Plenty to do!

Aan de Kwakel is a great starting point to explore our beautiful surroundings by bike, on foot or by boat over the extensive network of cycle paths with junctions, footpaths through polders and over dykes, or by water. And of course the cities and the beach are nearby!

Each with private entrance, living room with open kitchen, south-facing terrace with lounge sofa and parking next door.

Rooms

Double bedrooms with a large double bed and space for a cot. There is a sofa bed in the living room of the 2-bed flats with sleeping space for one more person.

Facilities

The holiday accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, underfloor heating, radio and TV, WiFi, combination microwave oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The adjacent shed has four available bikes and two canoes, as well as a trampoline, children's bikes and toys. Bicycles brought along can also be stored here.

Temporary housing

In the months of November to March, we also rent the properties for longer periods of up to 3 months.
