Hooiberg
Stylish new house, built in 2017. In authentic haystack hexagon shape. Total living space is 75 m². The house is situated on the back of the plot with beautiful views over green meadows. The experience in the living room is very spacious through the void. No money have been saved on materials and styling.
The kitchen is fully equipped. With a oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and induction hob. The bedroom is adjacent to the living room and the bathroom with toilet. The entire ground floor is heated with underfloor heating.
Upstairs is the second bedroom with an adjoining room with a washing machine, toilet and sink.
The terrace is partly indoor with lighting. Because the thatched roof also crosses one meter, there is a two meter covered terrace. Outside is a larger terrace with lounge sofas.
One car can be parked next to the house. A second vehicle in the parking lot in front of the yard.
Oude Koetsschuur & Varkensstal
These two homes are provisionally rented to the care institution “Bij ons zorg”, which specializes in (individual) guidance to children/young people with various problems and/or development levels.
The two houses are luxuriously and modernly furnished but have retained the rural appearance. Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with washing machine and a 3 person bedroom with space for a cot. The houses are well insulated and the kitchen and livingroom are one. Equiped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher and oven/microwave. In the living room and kitchen is underfloor heating and through the sliding glass door you walk onto the terrace pionted south. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate one extra person. The total living / sleeping area is 60m².
You have a closed private garden at your disposal and just behind is a meadow with some small farm animals such as chickens, dwarf sheep and a rabbit. An egg can be collected from the henhouse.
General information
Our non-smoking and pet-free holiday accommodations are equipped with underfloor heating, radio, TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/microwave and dishwasher. A cot and high chair are available. Windows are protected with mosquito screens including a screendoor to the terrace.
There is also a small boat with electric motor for rent for € 20, – per day. And 2 canoes and four bicycles are available free of charge. More bikes and bigger sloops are available for rent in the area. A trampoline, go-kart, a slide and various toys are available for the children.
If desired, we serve a breakfast package with regional products in the apartment. Consisting of bread, homemade jam, eggs from our chickens and fresh dairy from the farmer. Even if you take care of your breakfast yourself, you can collect a fresh egg from the chicken coop. There is no rooster present so you will not be woken up early.
